NCAA Tournament Recap: #2 Oklahoma vs #10 Michigan

South Regional Matchup

No. 2 Oklahoma (29-5) 73, No. 10 Michigan (21-14) 63

Key Moment: Blake Griffin scored two quick buckets to start the second half to give Oklahoma some breathing room after the Sooners held a 30-29 lead at the half.
High Point Scorers: Oklahoma -- Griffin 33 Michigan -- DeShawn Sims 14
Analysis: What more do you say about Griffin? He finished 14-for-20 from the floor and tied Michael Beasley's Big 12 record with his 28th double-double. He added 17 rebounds. Michigan tried so many ways to limit his touches. But nothing worked. But the defense the Sooners applied to Michigan's Manny Harris was held to just 11 points. When Oklahoma's guards are playing well, the Sooners are as good as anyone in the nation. Freshman Willie Warren.
What's Next: Oklahoma returns to the Sweet 16 in Memphis for the first time since 2003. They will meet the winner of Sunday's second round game between No. 3 Syracuse and No. 6 Arizona State.
