Oklahoma vs Texas Tech PreviewNovember 21st 12:30 ET
The Sooners bounced back in a big way with a thrashing of Texas A&M. QB Landry Jones had the worst game of his young career the previous week against Nebraska throwing 5 interceptions. Against the Aggies, Jones set career highs throwing for 392 yards and 5 scores in the 65-10 victory. The Red Raiders lost a tough game in Stillwater against the Oklahoma State Cowboys. The Tech defense was whipped giving up 243 yards on the ground. Their vaunted offense was thwarted as Taylor Potts threw for only 190 yards in the loss.
Prediction: The Sooners success falls on the shoulders of Landry Jones. If he doesn’t turn the ball over Oklahoma will be very difficult to stop. The Red Raiders will need to get their aerial attack in high gear to have a chance. Playing in Lubbock will be no picnic for the Sooners but they will prevail. Oklahoma 34 Texas Tech 30
