Oklahoma vs. Nebraska Preview

The Sooners walked through Kansas State 42-20 behind DeMarco Murray’s three rushing touchdowns and Landry Jones 4 touchdown passes. Jones was very impressive completing 26 of his 37 attempts for 294 yards.

Nebraska defeated Baylor 20-10 behind Freshmen QB Cody Green who threw for 128 yards on 12 completions. The Cornhuskers moved to 5-3 and 2-2 in the conference with the victory.

Prediction: The Battle of the Big Reds used to be one of the best rivalries in all of college football. In recent years it has been all Oklahoma as the Cornhuskers try to recreate their glory years. Nebraska’s defense and home crowd will keep them in the game in front of a prime time audience but it will not be enough. Oklahoma 34 Nebraska 27
