Kansas at Kansas State Preview

The Jayhawks were no match for the Red Raiders of Texas Tech. Tech RB Baron Batch ran for 123 yards and 4 touchdowns in the 42-21 Red Raider victory. Kansas QB Todd Reesing struggled in the loss going 20 of 35 for 181 yards.

The Wildcats fell down 21 to 0 after the 1st quarter but managed to come back only to lose 42-30. Head Coach Bill Snyder still has his Wildcats in contention for the Big 12 North Title.

Prediction: Kansas, 5-3 overall and 1-3 in the conference still has a shot at the Big 12 North Title. Kansas State currently sits atop the division at 3-3. This is a big game between two in state rivals. The home crowd in Manhattan will be the difference. Kansas State 33 Kansas 27
